  • PT-2000MG Medical Grade plasma treatment system specifically designed to improve adhesion in coating, marking, gluing and similar processes widely used by medical device manufacturers, aerospace industry and others. Its small footprint and unique ability to treat a variety of different articles ranging from ID of 50 microns tubing to large flat surfaces makes it an indispensable tool for any R&D lab and/or pilot production runs. The bond strength after plasma treatment passes most customary, military and commercial durability requirements. The PT System’s onboard PLC allows users to store an unlimited number of user-defined process parameters, including frequency, current, power, and other system-specific settings, providing infinite repeatable processes.
